# Licensed Data Terms

## Ordnance Survey Map Data

Certain maps on Cartographer use OS Licensed Data. The relevant maps contain a link to these terms in their attribution. Your use of these maps is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free, revocable licence solely to view the Licensed Data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which Natural England makes it available;

2. you are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the Licensed Data to third parties in any form; and

3. third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to Ordnance Survey.
